Time to start planning this years beach trip (late actually). Emails will go out in the next few days. Target Dates are Thursday Oct 4 – Monday Oct 8.
With taxes & cleaning the condo is about $210/night
We will be there 4 night but for every 2 night you rent you get the third free so 3x$210=$630
If 6 of us go it would be $105 each
If 5 of us go it will be $126 each
I’m hoping to make our reservation as soon as I get back from PA (Mother’s Day weekend). We will need to put down a deposit right away. I’ll call and double check but in the pass it had been $200. I’ll have to collect from everyone in advance. If I can get $30 from 5 people I can swing the rest. Your deposit will go directing to your share of the rental so you are welcome to pay as much as you like in advance.
