I’m a lid open kinda guy. I prefer to let my pizza cool a bit it lets the cheese and other toppings “set.” Which are you?
I find that the older i get the less of a pizza fan I am. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a solid meal and it’s not like I’m gonna pass up a slice anytime soon but if i have a choice I’m much more likely to order something else.
My tastes when i do order have gotten much simpler too. A nice one topping hand tossed pie is perfect, none of this “meat lovers” junk. Instead of ordering one of those “specialty” pizzas next time just soak a sponge in grease and spend the next day and a half digesting it, it’s the same thing.
