I got this email from my REALTOR yesterday…

Hey Garrett,

I hope all is well. I just wanted to give you an update in regards to how things were doing with the property. I’ve had two agents show it to their clients, however their clients just happened to be two women and weren’t so confident in having to deal with the repairs. My email and cell have been off the hook with people inquiring about the property. I have forwarded the pictures and listing to about 10-12 prospective clients thus far. So I’m getting a lot of feedback on my ads and off the Georgia multiple listing service. Considering we only have had it listed for about a week and a half I think we are getting a lot of interest. So all we need is someone to make us an offer we can’t refuse. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
