May 25, 03:40 PM: House for sale!
Good news, I met with my REALTOR this morning (8:00am, groan) and signed the agreement to get my townhouse list for sale. I’m working with Angel Ramos of Harry Norman Realtors. I met him for the first time today and he seams like a real good guy. Judson’s aunt Carol “Sam” Young who is also a Harry Norman Realtor referred him to me or is it me referred to him? Whatever. I feel bad because I’m sure that my property is way below the market these guys usually work in but I don’t have time to fool around here I need this property sold so I’m going straight to the big guns. I’ll post updates as they happen and create links once the townhouse enters the MLS.
The business card above is mine from when I sold real estate. When Angel left this morning I went back to cleaning and found that card in a box almost right away. That has got to be a good omen if I ever saw one. Although I was never a great salesman so maybe it’s a bad omen? I wish the photo had scanned better I’ll try to redo it later. Man do I look odd without my beard.
